"Simple" and "wind tunnel" are pretty much mutually exclusive. There are some programs that will do a 2d analysis based on a 2d image, but that is not the same thing as a wind tunnel. You really need to be working with 3d models to have meaningful results.

openfoam is what I have considered looking at in the past. Not simple though.
