Okay so basically the pins would plug into the mpguino socket, and then you would solder those pins to the $2 board? Then you plug the ISP programmer into that 6 pin header on the bottom right of the board?

One question I had about the on board programming, can this be performed when the mpguino is plugged into the car? Or do you have to unplug mpguino from the cars power, so that the chip isn't trying to calculate stuff?
