And, gosh golly gee whiz, they have an SRI report that says that fuel with their pellets in it is exactly the same as fuel without their pellets in it. Sounds like they are selling GENUINE 100% placebo.

But, to be fair, genuine 100% placebo has been proven effective in the past.
