Complete BS "The fuel particles begin to combust at temperatures as low as 200º C, as opposed to 600° C"

I do not know where they got those numbers but autoignition temp of Gasoline is ~280º C unless they are trying to claim that it will lower the burn point of carbon monoxide from 609º C to the range of gas

If the needed burn temp is dropped significantly it in creases the chance of knock caused by autoignition (the way diesel works) this will lead to reduced ignition timing, increase in cylinder pressure that could blow out gaskets.
