squeak in engine

My engine had a squeak when idling for about a month, so I replaced the idler and tensioner pulleys since they seemed to have some play. The squeak remained. Checked the water pump and alternator. The oil light was coming on too when the engine was hot and idling. Maybe a spun bearing...big problems. Well I tried taking off the oil filler cap, and it would not come off. Finally got it off and swoosh! There was a big vacuum in the crankcase, the PVC valve was stuck. The squeak was air being sucked in the oil seal, and the oil pressure was reading 14 psi low! Oil seems really clean for the miles on it too.
