So we take a funnel and put it where the air used flow though the radiator. High pressure. Run it across the turbo/turbine, out of there it returns to a funnel in reverse that lets the air return to the back of the car. Where there should be low pressure giving us the highest delta P we can get. Should work.
How much energy we could get, that is the question.
