How much energy we could get, that is the question.
Wind Turbine Power Calculator

If you had a one foot prop on top of your car you could get up to 250 watts out of it at 65mph but it would add more drag then it's energy output, if you created a funnel that it going to be a restriction and reduce your over all output even tho it's going to increase the air speed and pressure, you would be best off with a straight clean 1 foot pipe going down the center of your car and at 65mph you could, at best, get 250 watts out of that turbine, if it was a clean straight 1 foot pipe going from the front of your car to the back, turn it in to a funnel and reduce the size of the pipe and you reduce your output because more air is going to be pushed around the outside of the car, there is no way around it.
Now if you create that 1 foot pipe and left it open and empty, it would create less frontal area and less over all drag and your gas mileage would go up enough to off set running the alternator right off the gas engine.
