But I still wonder about a straight stretched canvas application. Would that be bad?
Of course,low drag is usually associated with exotic compound curves but there's no reason you can't do pretty well with more simple faceted panels.
You could do shaped foam transitions where absolutely necessary,more simple panels fore and aft of those.
