I never really thought about it, but why have the passenger side wiper? I have rainX washer fluid and it beads the water so I can see clearly anyway unless it starts to rain hard or I don't have my glasses on and it's dark, I only really need the drivers side one, visibility with the passenger side window is like looking out the side windows. It's pretty much easy to see. worst place is right in front of you.
