I have two ongoing projects that I seldom seem to stay ahead on: cleaning the garage, and cleaning the workshop. Sometimes I get them organized, and sometimes I throw out old parts, but the amount of parts I have never gets smaller.
4. Lately, the boss has been dictating what projects I work on during the day. I've found his projects quite satisfying so far, so progress on personal projects has slowed. To answer the question, I only make schedules or lists for the urgent projects, and I kill those off quickly. For less urgent projects, I spend more time looking forward to them than working on them.
5. I've never run out of projects. Before I finish one (which has happened!), I will have picked up more than one to replace it.
