So, my summer tires are bald on my VW tdi. Now what?
The factory MXV special energy michelins are now very extremely bald. The factory replacement is pretty spendy. $121 ea. Wet road performance was unimpressive and winter performance was noticeably awful.
The goodyear version in the new special compound is significantly cheaper at 90 and maybe some rebate money. Online reviews of wet wet/snowy weather performance are pretty good.
So, Anybody know of data to compare actual rolling resistance between these two tires?
Thanks in advance,
troy
