Bondo, great work on the AeroCap. I recently purchased a 1995 F150, and after a weekend of driving it, a measly 185 miles, it was time to fill up again. 15MPG sucks.

I have read about your hardships, and milestones. It seems you still have a community willing to pay for this. I know manufacturing is not a one man job, perhaps you should focus on design. Gather a series of trucks and put your design to use. Make plans or blueprints that are easy to follow to allow the DIYer to make his own AeroCap. You could charge a nominal fee, and make the buyer sign a non-disclosure agreement. This could create at least some of the capitol you need and deserve. Basically you would be selling us the licensing to make your product for our selves. Then all the hard maths is done by you, and we get our long awaited AeroCaps. Then as more of them show up on the roads, with your website tattooed to them, more interest would be generated.

Just my two cents.
