For those with 12v supply to the injectors, how about a momentary switch that once you press (and hold) would kill the power, once you release it, you should be able to restart the car no problems.
I'm going for a certain cool factor here, 1 touch shuts off car, push button restarts it. Yeah sounds silly, but if I'm gonna do it, I might as well enjoy it ...
