Bill, you are correct -- the MIT Wright Brothers Wind Tunnel is the largest civilian pressurized wind tunnel. I think they can go up to 2 atmospheres? And the testing section is a 7' x 10' oval:

I would love to test CarBEN EV there but they are busy until late summer. This is why I was inquiring about this new wind tunnel.
