I got stuck behind one of these trucks yesterday on I-26. On the downhill and level grades it was doing 65+ mph (PSL was 60), but on any uphill it would quickly lose speed and end up cresting the hill at speeds as low as 30mph. This caused a small scale gridlock of vehicles behind the truck at each uphill. My trip average was running at 78mpg before I hit that traffic mess and all of the stop and go dropped the trip average into the low 70's.
