Yes, any rider is aware of the ramifications of the engine or trans locking up (another reason why it is good to have the clutch on the output). I'm just trying to understand the conditions under which this happened and determine if the diagnosis is accurate, lots of folks have gone lots of miles EOC on bikes with no reports like this.

Also, you could provide some sort of link, leave off the http, so we are on the same page. The guy I read about was using nitrous on a 250 on a dyno, no suprise that stuff is breaking.
