personally with the top as earodynamic as it is i'd focus on smoothing out the rough edges at the bottom.
my advise is full front and rear undertray, tire dams, airdam extention at the side in front the the wheels,(shield the wheels and push air around but allos air to flow undetrneath at the center ) rear wheel boattails (i just run lengthwise fins after them made from plastic L bracket so nothing fancy but it fills in the wake a little) a partial or full grillblock is also a good thing.
for the undetray i made the front in coroplast, the section under the engine in thin aluminum and tha back in coroplast with a large hole for the exhaust
