Not sure if its a success or not, but

2005 Honda Accord, 880 miles to Kansas city KS, averaged between 32 and 33 at about 70mph, with a solid cross wind 90deg into the right side for most of the trip, ac on the whole way.

The way back first 290 miles 35mpg 70mph calm cool often cruising at a safe distance behind big rigs, AC on.

Unfortunately the last 400 or so miles driving to get home 78 solid wind 45deg left side headwind at approx 30mph, AC on, hills, hot (near 100f). Got about 28mpg.

The car has no mods, nor are they planned, its the wifes. Though she was proud of the 35, and bummed at the 28, so there is hope.
