Applying dcd to mt vehicle

DCD is being applied and tested to MT vehicles in China these days, the
savings could be some 3% less than the same DCD applied to AT vehicles
driving at the same speed, or the same road condition.

This is no surprise, because MT has already had a better match than AT,
and there's less power redundency designed for MT vehicle. If your MT
vehicle is mainly driven in the city, or in the stop-and-go traffic, it is still
worthy to try DCD.
