Hi,

I'm new to the board and new to the EV scene. So far I'm just doing research to see about converting a Suzuki Samurai or another light vehicle into a EV. I noticed the revolt controler uses Atmel and I perked up a bit. I used to do some programming and circuit design for a down hole oil well company using Microchip's PIC microcontrollers and had a blast doing it. But that's been a while, lol. Has anyone done a converter using one of Microchips programmable chips? I even wrote VB code to interface with the chips which was cool. Those were the days.
