I was merely pointing out that folks have different definitions of what can or cannot tow what, and that is an extreme example. That particular example does have it's advantages though, if you have a car blocking traffic it will probably be the first one on the scene and get traffic moving again sooner, as well as being about the most goddamn fuel efficient tow truck ever, wouldn't be surprised if the car gets better mpg while being towed
