Most comfortable bike I have ridden is my Jamis Aragon. It is an aluminum frame city bike with spring post seat tube and a great coil spring seat. The handlebar stem is a spring type so the whole thing has most of the advantages of a full suspension without the weight. Two modifications added to the mix are bar end handles moved inboard five inches either side if the stem and a layer of neoprene foam rubber on the hand grips and handles. With my weight balanced between hands and seat there is no excesive pressure. Vision is good and my lungs are not restricted. The "hands together" grips give a slight aero improvement. The next step is to design a practical aerobody from shoulder to knees.
