That's about 67 hp. The brakes on any ordinary car brakes must dump 200 hp at least. I would think the Tesla could regen at close to the maximum motor output. I've heard the claim that the Ford hybrids (Fusion & Escape) can regen at 200 hp for up to 10 seconds. About 5 time the motor's continuous rating.
