The same question came up when I read that list. Good luck with negotiating with them!

BTW Did them explain exactly how each and/or all of those things on the list influenced the cause/symptoms? A pre-turbo leak shouldn't make too much of a difference, while post-turbo should lower boost pressure. I remember reading somewhere that one of the things PSA did in the new 1.6 e-HDi is to seal up the air doser (between turbo and intake manifold) to make it less leaky.
