...should be an easy mod to have the shutters "open" when the fan(s) comes on the first time and then stay "open" as long as the vehicle speed is above 30-35 mph, ie:

OPEN @ fan ON

CLOSE @ <35 MPH


...what "control" inputs are you now using?
