Well I haven't got it to 20 MPG yet.
Changed the oil and filter, used no oil and stayed clean on the oil that came in the truck.
Got a new windshield courtesy the company repaving the highway when they left the debris from stripping the old pavement.
Also got the trans and diff fluids changed since they were original and 19 years old.

Peened the air regulator sheet metal cover to get some more spring tension to reduce the fast idle. It ran up to about 2500 on a cold start before now it's half that speed. Pintle type with solenoid working against the spring tension. I am used to them not running fast enough on Nissans, this Ford is just the opposite.

I tried the tires at 44 PSI but they were beating me to death so I dropped the pressure a little. I actually coasts nicely, but I am not sure about engine off bump starting right now.

Here is a pic of the bottom of the cab floor, that shows you how clean and rust free this baby is.

Wish I could get about 3 more inches of leg room.
