there are no ACEA test specifications
NONE
any quality oil will either be
ACEA A1 A5 - B1 B5 like the GM DEXOS1 oil , this oil us not as good as the ACEA A3 B3-A3 B4 oils but it is still an outstanding lubricant much better than the junk oil referenced in the OP , it is designed to maximize fuel economy , not quite as good in resistence to shear or deposit control
or
ACEA A3 B3- A3 B4 as in the European specified oils
of which each OEM also has their own specification as the VW Audi use a minimum 0f 502 and the latest VW Audi Engine require LL03 504 / 507 specification

EVERY European OEM mandates oils of minimum specification
ACEA A3 B3 - A3 B4 and in addition their own proprietary specifications
failure to use specified oils voids the warranty on GM and the European cars

the benefits of using ACEA A3 B3 - A3 B4 oil in any engine should not be taken lightly , oils with that specification are infinitely superior
in resistance to shear and deposit control compared to the junk oil referenced in the OP

the oil vendor mentioned in the original post
does not test their oil to ACEA specification , most likely because
it will not pass them -
the oil is NOT to be used because it is JUNK .

this information can not be gleaned in a few minutes of surfing
you need to study and learn about engine lubrication
one good source is the BITOG forums , before you learn why you should -
stop using the dogshnit oil
it matters

after you learn
you will understand why
