Atmega328 is the chip on board, there are 13 digital IO and 6 Analog.

It's definitely able to run the OBDuino & MPGuino code without doubt, the board has 'pins' on it (instead of the header 'holes') that the older boards had - to get around that, the jumper wires will need to be female->male (depending on the LCD you are interfacing with, and how your hardware will go together).

It's nice to see a smaller board though!
