Thats intriguing. I am avoiding google for the answer - that takes the fun away But If I'm wrong that makes it pre-WW1 ?

The earliest FI road car I know of is the Triumph PI system of the late 60s-early 70s but I'm thinking that can't have been the first - ther emust be a German or US one previously. Although knowing British Leyland why not blow your limited design budget on the "bleeding edge" instead of meaningfully developing the cars...

Auto Manual trans is more tricky.

Anyone any ideas on Larrybuck's fuel filler, is Model T correct ?
