How about (federalisable straight off) :

- Fiesta 1.25, or 1.4 (same engines as in Japan which is stricter than US, or smaller versions of engines in US).

- Yaris 1.0, or 1.3 (same as above)

- Focus 1.6, or 1.8 (same as above)
