Thanks for the replies. Appreciate it. Several weeks into it and I definitely feel better. My BP has lowered, too but maybe because I lessened my smoking to just a cig or 2 a day...even going cold turkey on weekends.
The pros well do outweigh the cons, I sleep and breathe and have "movements" more regularly now and instead of eating heavy meals,now I just eat frequent light meals to pass the hunger. I don't know if this is attributed to my walking or just a mind thing that I need to change my lifestyle drastically. Im thinking the exercise has increased my metabolism...i hope
Yeah looks like I need a pair of good running shoes, those work boots are heavy when they get wet.
Now all I need is more discipline to maintain this lifestyle...:-)
