To be fair that would be a DSFC (Driveline), and it would be kind of a pain. Not all OBDII vehicles have load, airflow, and trans lockup values IIRC, and the user would still need to input several tanks to calibrate it due abrupt changes in operating conditions due to non-stoich, trans unlocking, or whatever, although some of that could be inferred by the change in vehicle speed wrt engine speed or idle speed during startup.
