OK - OR's car choice - this is an economy biased car from the "centrally planned" part of world.

For a Brucey Bonus name the materials used in its construction, without any resort to Wikipedia or Google.

EDIT - European (aka non-Merkin) members may not compete - I think this is fair... and I don't care if it isn't
