I don't think you will need any more mods to reach 60mpg, just the MPGuino. It will be the key ingrediant, but will take a few weeks to calibrate.
The sky is the limit with EOC, I'd bet you could get over 100mpg

You got a nice list of mods in the pipe. If your gonna go LRR tires, then you gotta get the Bridgestone RE92 165/65x14's. IMHO, they are the best. Not a great tire by normal peoples standards, but you will coast much better.
You should really try to make some rear wheel skirts, they are very beneficial.
I'm gonna have a short fill this week with minimal traffic because I am traveling. I think it will help the average
