Aerodynamics of road vehicles edited by Hucho the chapter on motorcycles. If you look at any standard text book on fluid dynamics you will find that a flat plate has a Cd of 1.17 a parashoot is at 1.4, a large bird is at 0.4, most modern cars are between 0.3 and 0.4, etc.
