Spots cars? what's a sports car? One that handles well, fun to drive and you love right? My 92 Suzuki Swift GT fits that description exactly. monthly I drive from Kansas City, Missouri to my dad's house 50 miles north of Little Rock, Arkansas 341-3 miles depending on tire condition. The roads are pretty tame mostly, but parts have some real curves, marked as low as 25, I normally add 15-20 mph to the sign and pretend I am on a road race course and just nail it. Poor little $300.00 car just flies and gets 37 mpg when I have to roll down the windows as the air doesn't work, 41 with the windows up. Made the mistake of letting my 85 ear old dad drive it and he had so much fun I had to threaten some of the wrestling holds he watches on TV to get my keys back. It's a sports car I think. You guys are forgetting the Ford road racing car of 1963, yes before the mustang. Ford wanted to compete in the rally racing and built falcons with the 260ci v8 and better wheels and beefed suspension and competed in rally's that year. I wanted a 63 1/2 sprint so bad. In 1966 dad and I looked all over Kansas City for one, had to settle for a demo 1966 Falcon sedan with a 289, but it was't quite the same. BTW I really did buy the car for 300 but have 1300 in fixing it up.
