Actually it would be visible. The cops claim he was merging into the RAV4, which means he would have had to
approach the vehicle! If the car was not in the forward field of view, logic would dictate it was behind his Mazda.
This would be pretty cool to have these video cameras. Maybe in a few years when I can actually afford gas.
