Yeah good job and the hardest thing to quit they say sometimes is the coffee- but you have to get that smoking under control. It may be seen (though) and is even being spoken about in some circles that smoking may be resumed and then put down (really).Iif you are completely addiction free you can get addicted. Though I lost that weight and stopped the smoking of cigarettes but avoid the withdrawl. Smoke for a shorter period- one day only. Stop them when you can. I went from 240 to my present weight with some help of a new years resolutions,to 174. I am zeroing it down to 165 next year.
May I add if it is in your area and it is a legal drug... DHEA daily with your regimen of diet and exercise can tone the body but it is not for everybody. It may help with the lethargy and it is from a natural wild Mexican yam. Don't take if you have a cancer risk. It could spread out of control.
Stopping the smoking for three days simply is not working for the many who try that approach. Good luck with it. I get the urge some but don't usually ever you know smoke in the empty garage(But that where the equipment go?) . But I have that routine some and it is a blue moon way. I run one day a week. Even ride the bike to the store when I could walk. Is the train to where you work? That is cool I used to live in central Philippines on Luzon... I worked for the railroad here awhile as a track man. Safety it is the last car on the train. I keep the body in repair now but never smoke more than one day a week...
