When I got my current Civic VX I was looking up the tires that are still on it and found some list on GreenCar.com or some other web site like that's list of LRR tires and the sumitomo HTRT4 tires were on their list, they gave each tire a rolling resistance rating and they were not the best but they were better then average and better then non-LRR tires.
Either way, I've had this car for two and a half years with these tires on it, putting 20,000 miles on them and when I get them to wear out I'll buy another set, unless of course there is something better at that point in time.
