Today'a annoyance - we have teams in offices - one for projects, one for development. I'm in the latter one and alone today.
So guess what, when you try and call my phone and its engaged its highly unlikely I will be available answer the other one you called because you got the busy tone on the first, even if you call back every 30 seconds.
Of course the building is only 200 feet long so you could walk round instead.
But if you do then don't be too surprised if you are ignored because
I'M ON THE B***DY PHONE!
