sorry for the delays guys,
the $55 (including us shipping) unit is assembled and programmed, just wire it into place and get to calibrating it.
If you WANT to program, then that is another matter entirely, the project no longer has dependencies on arduino (arduino is ok for prototype but not production imho as it adds another layer of stuff that breaks and needs maintaining and fights with your still needed low level C code), though folks have compiled the source and loaded it onto one. I prefer avr-gcc, and isp programmers since they don't need a bootloader, which soaks up 2k and also adds instability.
