It's just 6 minutes a day - probably less when going 60 on the Interstate.
My commute times stayed the same despite going some 12mph slower.
Of course it doesn't add up to a continuous day of free time, but if I had a wife and kids, I'd cherish an extra 6min with them every day.

There are many commute paths that do not benefit from going faster, but long continuous freeway driving can save some serious time by going a little faster.
