Not sure for you in the West, but for me in the East its proven by just observing everyone else doing as before - max acceleration just before max braking for lights, PSL + 10 everywhere, no anticipation.

Yep - just the same.

At the same time took Mrs A for our once per year trip to "Livingston" on a rare day off, and everyone is still spending as fast as possible.
