It's fine man, I do it all the time.
I'm not trying to be mean, and I'm not trying to make anyone look bad. I'm just trying to make sure people aren't taking in "false" information. Now I say false information because it's not false, it's just inaccurate. It's very close to the real thing (torque gets higher near 3800, but doesn't peak).
