I'd be surprised if there were any aero gains from sealing the gaps that far back.

As noted, look at the front gaps, wheels, underbody, mirrors, hatch angle, etc, first.

As far as sealing, there are foam (rope type) seals that you could force in the gaps, or use some kind of strip caulk, if you don't want it to be as permanent as liquid caulk.
