service to email/text me of cold forcast?

I was putting a cron job together to email me when the temperature (as reported by some weather website) is forcasted to be below, say, 25 degrees Fahrenheit, for my zip code.

Why? Because I gelled my b100 last year at 23 degrees f, but I still want to run it till the last moment this year, without worrying about manually monitoring the forecast.

So conceptually it is simple, look up the forecast for an email/location once a day or so, and send out a text/email if there is a temperature below the threshold (i.e. 25f) predicted for that location.

Does any such online service already exist that I can use instead?
