I thankfully have never been arrested or ticketed for riding my bike to work. However, I am likely to one of these days. I ride my bike to work a lot and the only way across the freeway is on a road that's a 55mph zone, considered a highway...I live on this road, I can't help it. There are no sidewalks and though there is no signage saying it, I'm almost certain riding a bike on it is against the law in some way.
