I once owned a truck that did not require oil changes. It had a normal 4 cylinder gasoline engine, and a manual tranny.
There was a crack in the engine block, and the oil in the crankcase would blow out onto the road (and sometimes the exhaust manifold, if I pushed the engine). I'd have to buy a quart of oil at every fill-up. However, it never needed an oil change.
