Do you mean the lower grill area under the bumper?
I peeled the tape off to show you. The front of it is simply bent upwards and screwed into the choroplast cover of the front bumper cover. The other end overlaps the choroplast belly pan and is also secured with sheet metal screws backed up with hand cut sheet metal tabs.
