Ah. I have a many of the CM400DU-12F from Powerx. They are actually made by Mitsubishi. I have a design already for the plates that holds 3 of the igbt's. I posted pics a little ways back.

As for the drivers. I have never done the math for 4 modules, but 1 driver can easily do 3 modules.
